After enjoying delicious smoked steaks n chicken at my sons home in Washington this past May, I decided I had to get a smoker! Purchased the Pitboss Laredo 1000. So far I’ve made a small brisket, ribs (that came out toooo dry... I will do 3,2,1 method next time), and a delicious beer can chicken!!! So far loving the Pitboss.
