Hey all... registered immediately after buying my 1st Pit boss. I had lurked here and knew these forums were active and helpful. Long time Akorn user and have decided to try out the pellet world. Had been eyeing the Laredo 1000 at local walmart. Could not pass up the value, especially when they tossed the display model on clearance to make room for Christmas decorations weeks before Halloween. Going to go through the installation next few days to make sure all seems in order on what's been done there and hope to get a burn/cook in this weekend. Thanks for any tips and tricks.
