I just got the Pit Boss classic and used once and I'm already in love, we grilled venison burgers using Pit Boss hickory/oak pellets and was great, tonight I will try pork loin. I will mod mine to accept the rod for the sear plate - don't understand why Pit Boss don't sale that as an update.
