New to the Pit Boss family but I've been a weekend smoker for about 18 years. My family and I love being creative on the weekends. All of our friends love it too and they do enjoy and participating in the prep work (mostly drinking) when we fire up the smokers. Just the other day when I was at Lowes getting stuff to work on my honey-do-list and I met BBQ-Bob. Great guy! He was preforming his magic and convinced me into needing both PRO SERIES the veritcal 4 series smoker and the pellet grill 1100. That'll teach her to send me to lowes alone. LOL. Hey gotta go, here she comes. She just added more stuff to my list.
