I have had a PB Pellet grill for about 2 years and have enjoyed using it every weekend. Last weekend I picked up a series 3 vertical pellet smoker but haven't used it yet. I did assemble it and did the burn-in with no issues. Plan to smoke a butt early (very early) tomorrow morning and planning on about a 10 hour cook. Have used most of the pellet varieties but prefer competition blend. Sometimes I will mix the charcoal pellets in with them.
