Just assembled my combo, pellet/gas grill and the auger does not turn.......help!

I did,,they want me to remove the bottom panel on the hopper and disconnect some red wires...it was getting to dark for that, so I'll call em back tomorrow

Welcome to the group. Sorry that your having problem already. Did you get a KC Combo? I’ve have had mine for almost 2 years with no problems.

casualty restored...the two screws for the auger were torqued too tight. Could not find my offset phillips so the tech talked me thru, with the removal of hopper to get to the screws. Loosened them, then hand tighted. All works the way it is supposed to.

2 years later and I still have probs. Had to turn it to 350 to get 250 and yes probe is clean. I think I'm on #3 or #4 control panel. This Smoke it app is terrrible......
