Just bought this grill and trying to figure it out. First of all when I cook I’m not getting much smoke flavor at all. Also what does the S stand for in the temperature display? Start?Smoke? Please help I need some advice

S is for smoke, I find that if I get my temps above 180 I don’t get a lot of smoke, mine seems to put a nice smoke ring on the meat so I think there’s more than meets the eye, this is at 180 coming out of the stack, plenty for me.S stands for Smoke
