New PB1150PS2 - Used 3 times...control panel not working

Hello- Just bought new PB 115- Pro Series 2....used 3 times...just tried to use...control panel won't start... Tried outlets...work for other items...tried new extension cord, and other items worked, so not electrical problems...surely I don't have a burnt fuse or need a new panel after 3 uses of maybe 6 hours of total use?
Help?

I had to put an igniter in mine after the first set of pork chops. Hopefully it’s not a board because I believe they do not stock them. Call their CS, they’re pretty solid and have done right by me twice now. Just getting a hold of them is tough.

Sounds like the controller
Mine went out on my 820 right after the first burn off.
Check you fuse first and if that’s not it call support
