I am the proud owner of the Pro Series 4 vertical smoker. Took me a month before I could find the time to set it up but I have it set it up and did a burn off looking forward to using it this evening to smoke pork chops. Figured I would stat out slow and move up to the tougher cooks as I gain confidence. Looking for any tips a tricks you experts have. I've already discoverd my drip pan is in backwards. LOL
