What's smokin?
This weekend will be St. Louis ribs, and next week will be a 21-pound gobbler. To date I have smoked: 4 briskets, 3 or 4 pork butts, couple dozen ribs, 4 beer can chickens, and 2 deer backstraps on my Pit Boss Pro Series II 350, since purchasing in the early spring. I absolutely love this model, especially coming from a previous knock off pellet smoker and a few homemade drum smokers. The drum smoker was a blast to learn on, but I am so busy it's just much easier with a pellet....especially one with wifi and bluetooth :)
