Hello everyone! I'm fairly new to the smoking game so I'm looking for all the tips/tricks I can get. I have the Charleston Combo grill and planning to do pulled pork this weekend for a bday party. Any one have a Charleston that could give any pointers? Thanks for having me!

Just got mine (Charleston Onyx Edition Combo PB1020NX) mid-June. Have loved it. Had to get it replaced recently due to a grease leak that developed on the hopper (left) side...I suspect due to shipping abuse (box was in really bad shape when it arrived...parts of the internal grill were exposed and showed signs of scrapes). Just got it replaced and am using my 2nd one now.
