Just bought a PB850 Navigator. I have been smoking food all my life and up until recently used a vertical smoker however after 10+ years it is starting to to fall apart. Looked at Pitboss smoker but got the 850 as it provides us with so many more cooking options.

Welcome. I have both a vertical wood chip smoker and an 850. The vertical gives more smoke flavor but the 850 pellet smoker is much easier to use. Just installed a new controller with 10 degree temp increments and looking forward to trying that out.
