I can use it to hang sausages or smoke cheese now. I haven’t ever seen them this cheap. It’s a Black Friday deal

Very interesting. Does anybody know how low of a temperature you can maintain in this smoker box? Can you do cheese without it melting?

Don’t know about the temperature but I do know you can smoke cheese on it

From what I’ve read it had three different brackets and mounting hardware with instructions
I’ll post a picture when I get it mounted

I just did a batch with a smoke tube, foil pan of ice, and the grill off. Works great. Takes 3-4 hours. Don't want the temp to get much above 65 or your cheese will get a little melty.

A smoke tube should come with every pellet cooker. Add some wood chips in with your pellets in tube
