Belated, but Merry Christmas to all. Had a fantastic smoked bone-in turkey breast with all the fixing's. Still using the old controller but it maintained 300 degrees rather well. Skin not crispy but turkey was moist and tasty. Took 4 hours.
Merry Christmas and sounds like you were spot on smokin your bird.
