Lockhart dead on arrival

Got my lockhart yesterday, assembled, connected to power and..... nothing. Completely dead. Fuse looks good on the control board. Outlet works fine - my Pro Series 1100 works fine on it. I can only assume a faulty control board unless anyone else has any ideas. Waiting for a return call from Pit Boss at the moment.

Same issue on mine when I assembled it. They sent a new board and it has worked fine since (4 months).
