My pit boss Austin xl started leaking recently it’s by the hooper box and dripping in the bottom of the pellet box I see something like a pad and when I press it and something drips from it. Maybe it’s grease or something any one else have this issue.

If it’s not level the grease will flow towards the hopper which is dangerous
Could start a fire.

I have been having the same issue. I did change the gasket between the hopper and barrel but I did check and it was not sitting level. I put some spacers between the wheels of the hopper to raise it to level. Hopefully it works

Sounds like you have the diffuser in wrong. Flowing grease backwards. Can you take a pic?
