Just purchased my first smoker

Josh here from Canada. Just purchased my first smoker (Pro 850) and looking forward to learning and making some awesome food.

I’ve heard that several times. I feel like it’s possible but can people actually cook only on a pellet grill.

I do have a gas grill and a Blackstone and those see action from time to time but my goal is to fire up the smoker at least once every weekend!
