I need some bacon!!!

I saw a recipe to make burnt ends using bacon but for the life of me I can't find any bacon that is NOT pre sliced. Can anyone recommend a place that ships?
Pork belly
I brined mine for a week. Took it out then rinsed it off then rubbed it down and placed in the fridge overnight
Pulled it out the next morning, let it sit for an hour before putting it on the grill
225 degrees until the internal temperature is 150-160 degrees
I also spray it every 30-45 minutes with apple juice
Hopefully this helps you 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Does the recipe call for unsliced bacon or pork belly? I've made burnt ends and smoked pork belly bites using slabs of pork belly that I buy at Costco. They also have a smaller package at Costco of slabs of pork belly that are already sliced into 1"-2" strips.

Good point. If the recipe calls for unsliced bacon, you could definitely brine and smoke your own slab. It is not too hard.

I just buy the belly
You can either smoke it for bacon or burnt ends.

10 days, something happens at longer brine times.

Ha…I had to google moinkballs
Man you got to try them! Fair warning though. Eat some when you take them off grill if you want any.

When cooking or smoking I feel obligated to sample the product repeatedly during the process so as to assure the guests have the best dining experience.
Me too but out of all those plus a pan of my garlic butter steak bites. There was two small pork bites left. LoL Next time I'll just have to make more.
