How many racks of ribs can I fit on a Pitt boss pro 820?

I’m Relatively new to smoking and having a big party. how many racks of ribs are recommended to put on a pit boss pro 820 without compromising any of the meat?

Wow, I have an 820 Pro and never tried. It really depends on the ribs. I guess you should lay them out and see. You want to leave some space between them so they can smoke around them.
