I watched the video again, and I don't understand how oxygen (air) suddenly enters the pit?

It's not like it's not running under the air flow from the blower.

Gotta say the only time I preheat is in cold weather to get the CI barrel warmed up.

On your burgers try top shelf low heat for a while and the sear if you want. More time in the smoke
