Hi all, new member from Wisconsin.

Been cooking on coal and wood for years but this is the 1st pellet grill. Picked up a PB850PS2 at Lowes recently. Starting to get a feel for this type of cooking and finding it can turn out some very tasty food. Hope everyone had a great summer.
