Hello!
I'm Rick and I have a problem...ooops...wrong forum
...maybe 
I'm new to pellet grills, but, not new to smokers and grills in general. I drive a tractor trailer all week and home on the weekends.
I usually grill out every day and hours of the weekend to take some really great food on the road for the week (beats truckstop and fast food by a huge margin.)
I picked up a Pro 850 from Lowe's over the holidays and have used it a dozen times already, believe me, I would have used it more if I was home every day.
Lots of great information here and I might have a question or two from time to time.
