Hello All,
Thanks for having me.
I am relatively new at smoking and just purchased a Red Rock 3 series vertical gas smoker.
I am an avid Hunter and Fisherman from Wisconsin.
With your help, I am looking forward to taking the next step in leaving out the middle man in processing the game I harvest along with anything else smokable!
I will try to season my smoker this weekend and depending on the temps outside (middle 30s) if my smoker can get hot enough I might try my hand at some venison jerky.
Cant wait to get smoking!!!
