Hello everyone, Kevin here from Northeast Arkansas. Glad to be on board finally.
Been smoking for close to 30+ years and have finally purchased a pellet smoker.
I'm a 911 dispatcher as well as an EMT. In my spare time I enjoy being a BBQ judge with the Memphis Barbeque Network as well as Memphis in May.

Similar story here. Finally getting things figred out. Really happy with my Tailgater, I cook on it 2 to 3 times a weekand love the ease of use.

Running my initial burn off at this moment....have the temp set at 450...box is showing 445-455, and the lid thermometer is showing 475 -500. Got about 15min left.
