Grease leaking between the barrel and the hopper

I am proving a couple of pictures to show my problem. I cleaned everything out nicely and i still am getting alot of grease dripping. Does anyone have any ideas? I have had my Pit Boss for a couple months. Its a Austin 1000xl. Thank you

I was having the same problem and then I discovered that reading instructions has value. 🙂 after looking closer, I found that I did NOT have the "flame broiler main plate" installed correctly. I had it flat on the bottom of the barrel. I realized that the left side of the FBMP was supposed to on a bracket on the left side which would make the drippings run to the right to the drip spout. No more dripping between the barrel and the hopper. Hope this helps.

I checked, and unfortunately it is on correct. I do appreciate your input though.

I’m having the same issue. How did you go about fixing this?
