Foil on diffuser?

Do Pit Boss folk put aluminum foil on their diffuser to help with cleanup? I know there are vents that open for searing, but if you're not going to sear, would you put foil down?

I never use the sear thing and I try to remember to use foil.
It does make clean up lots easier.
just be careful to not block the grease flow to the drain out.

Nope I heat it up at the end of my cook so any liquid can flow into bucket and burn anything else off. Next day or next time I use it. I scrape and vacuum it out.
Same way I treat my offset except I don't vacuum it.
