This may be a dumb question but I am finding all the food on our new Pro Series 1150 to have the same taste. Is that to be expected? I thought if I got a low flavor pellet, like apple, that it would be hardly noticeable unless we wanted it. But it seems the chicken, salmon and sausage we cooked all tastes virtually the same. We tend to be 'natural flavor folks' with little on the meat and add our preferred flavors with salsas and sauces afterwards. Was a wood pellet grill the wrong buy for us?
