I finally gave in and purchased a pro 1150. I’ve been smoking meat for 10 years now and just don’t have the time to tend fires anymore. I’ve been through cheap grills, charcoal and gas combos, UDS, cheap offset, and decent offset smokers. After trying to make some delicious food on my stick burner this past year while having 3 kids in diapers I’ve had enough. I really like the convenience and technology this has I’m hoping the flavor is good too. First impressions are unbelievable and the heat consistency across the grates are very impressive. 🍺 here’s to smoking more meat this year and hoping I don’t return it within the 30days.

Unbelievably juicy when you add beef tallow to the wrap. It was very good which suprised me due to spraying with pickel juice and running the “franklyn” rub and process

I haven't done the beef tallow to the wrap but have seen several youtube videos suggesting it. Will definitely have to try!
