First smoke with Pit boss 850 ( Australia)

Did my first smoked ribs today. Used the 3-2-1 method. Used a Kansas rub and Kansas BBQ sauce.
For a first go the ribs turned out fantastic. Fall of the bone meat.

Smoked for 3 hours, wrapped with Kansas BBQ sauce, brown sugar and apple juice 1.5 Hrs then grilled with BBQ sauce until sticky. My only change would be to turn the grill down during the wrap time from 176 C to 155c. Fantastic smoke ring and flavour. Very happy with the Pit Boss grill. Great temp control and smoke.
