Just got my first pellet smoker after using a propane vertical smoker for years until it started to fall apart. Got a Pit Boss Mahogany 1000 which I really can't find much about online so maybe it's only available in Canada?? Anyway still trying to get the temperatures down using the P setting in smoke function as there seems to be some big jumps between a few of the settings but I'm sure it will even out as the grill gets used. Next up a brisket and pork belly so that should tell the tale.
