Feed system and fan run wide open once turned on

The feed system and fan run wide open once grill is turned on. I have to unplug it to get it to stop. If I don't unplug it it overheats and shuts off. Never gets to a set temp on any setting. Basically my girl is only good for use as a boat anchor atm.

What model do you have? Your best bet is to call Pit Boss customer service but it sounds to me the wiring might be backwards on it. Give them a call, if they don't answer leave a call back number.
