Fan turning off

Just bought a new pb150pps from Lowe’s today and it works great but for some reason the fan keeps turning off and I have to turn it back to smoke for a minute to get it restarted. Then it gets to around target temp and shuts off again. Any ideas

Either your control board is bad or the wiring is reversed, take the bottom cover off of the hopper and look at the wiring, its all color coded so look for some mismatched colors.
