I've owned a PB150 table top smoker for just over 2 years. Month ago I got a ErP error message and it wouldn't fire up. Called customer service in Edmonton and after a couple of tests, they determined that the circuit board was faulty. They shipped on to me out of Paris Ont, no charge for the board and they paid the shipping. Now that's service. TY
