I have a pro series 820. It won’t turn on. I get the err error code. Tried unplugging. Didn’t work

Big pain in the butt I know. Give Pit Boss Customer service a call early in the day. If they don't pick up leave a call back number. I can't remember what the ERR code means but they will know and send out replacement parts.

Issue fixed!!! Unscrew the panel underneath the hopper. Unplug the grill of course. Unplug the double red wires that are connected to the red and white wires. Plug it back in and the issue is fixed. Make sure to prime again just to be sure.
