Hello. Lockhart model. Getting Err on the display and the ignition icon is blinking. Only my 3rd use but oh well. Called support and they are sending me a new board and ignitor.
Until then, I tried to use my grill in manual mode per the instruction manual and the pellet auger would never send pellets, I had to do it manually.
Has anyone successfully got their grill going manually when the ignitor is in error mode?
Their tech support person couldn't explain it.
