ERR code with igniter rod flashing

last week I got an err code with the igniter rod flashing. Replaced the igniter rod today but it’s still coming up with an err code and igniter rod flashing. Anybody been able to solve this problem?

No idea, I would call Pit Boss and see if they have any ideas.

So I called Pit Boss and they sent me an igniter Rod. Very nice folks. I installed it and it still is showing the ERR code with igniter rod icon flashing…?!
