Err code on burner for KC combo

How do you get ahold of pit boss? I am a new pit boss owner and I can’t use my KC combo because of an err code on the burner. I have emailed 4 days ago and heard nothing I have tried the customer service and can’t even get through it hangs up on me every time!

Try the customer service number early in the morning. Leave a call back number instead of staying on hold. Some have also said you can get in touch with them on Facebook and they seem to respond quickly there but I have never done it because I am not on FB.
