Just set up my whiskey barrel smoker from Kit Carson. He’s going to begin the first burn off session. Once I plug it in the code red ER L, does anyone know what the issue could be? I just set it up today

It means the temp is too low. It could be a bad internal thermometer. You should call Pit Boss customer support.
