Dusting off the smoker

Got the first dusting of snow in NH last night. Have to brush it off for the first time this year. Making ribs today.

They just went on. I'm running the smoker at 250 today using Cookin Pellets Longhorn blend in the hopper and smoke tube.

OK, great share pics if you have a chance. I’d also be interested in time and temp of cook.
Wrapped at 3 hours, brown sugar, Sticky Fingers Memphis BBQ sauce, 1/2 stick of butter and a bit more rub.

Ready for final saucing. I opened the foil let the stream escape for 10 minutes. I'm resting them in the foil, wrapped in a towel for a couple hours as my guests are not coming until 4. At that point I'll lightly sauce and throw them back on for 15 minutes.
