Door not sealing on my Pro Series vertical smoker

This may help you - I stumbled on this a while ago. This guy is adding a secondary latch system to his PB vertical - he had the same problem as you with a single latch.

Welcome from Rhode Island. Have you contacted customer support? Maybe a bent door? 877 303 3134 option 2. I have the same smoker but a few years old with no issues.

the customer service dept suggested adjusting the door and when I asked how the response was basically, "go to Youtube and figure it out". Not impressed with their CE dept

Bring it back to Lowe's then for a new one.

I had to twist/warp the door on my 1150 to get it to fit better. What it leaked after that slowly sealed itself with smoke tar. LoL
