Does Pellet Powder Create Error 3?

Getting Error 3. So I PRIME for a minute or so and temp begins to rise. Works for a while and then back to Err 3. I am at the bottom of a large pellet bag and there is a lof of powder from disintegrated pellets mixed in with whole pellets. Think this is the problem?

Could be one of four things
Loose or damaged connection
Faulty igniter
Power supply issue or blocked pellet feed
I’d start with emptying out the hopper, remove pellets from auger then sift the pellets in a colander then add clean pellets and try it and see what you get
