I have the pit boss 1600 and I’m not having a problem getting it to temp but once it gets there it will drop about 15 degrees and stay there. Any ways to fix this bc I can’t turn it up being that it is in 25 and 50 degree increments then it gets to hot. To be honest this smoker does not work well at all.
