Christmas party eats in the smoker

Doing a party for my employees at work tomorrow. 10 of us and extra for mom and dad.

2 12 lb briskets Texas style salt pepper smoke
2 8 lb pork buts with my cupboard pork rub

I give mom and dad 1 of each which I bet we see some for snacks or dinner at the family Christmas dinner.

I bet the guys just about clean up what I take to work lol.

Steve , i always try to let the guys know how much they're appreciated do a fish fry beginning of summer for them too. Don't tell them its to make room before i head to the coast for a long weekend trip tho.

Take mom and dad a big meal every week to eat on as both are disabled and in their late 70s. It helps them and they sure enjoy it.
