I need help before we return a second grill to the store. First one was bought, preassembled, yesterday and when my husband tried to prime it the auger wouldn't work. Also no display. He called the support number included with the grill but they couldn't figure out the problem and said return it to the store. He brought home another brand new, preassembled one this morning and the same exact problem. The display will not come on. There is one light that we assume indicates that it's getting power but we cannot find any other place online that addresses this issue. It seems strange that both grills would have the same problem so we feel like there may be something glaring we're missing. If you could help us we would be so appreciate. It's a lot of trouble taking it back to the store, again, if it's something we can do here. Thanks so much!
