My friend bought bourbon barrell pellets, he used them on ribs and a brisket. He said he really liked the flavor. But, I don't know exactly what brand.

I finally got around to trying the bourbon barrel pellets on a pre cooked ham. It was excellent. The smoke flavor blended well with a baste/ glaze recipe that my wife put together. Also a first time at smoked baked potatoes and they were good too. Did both at the same time starting the potatoes a bit later.

Did the PDF work ok and how much of a PITA was it to view? I tried it on my iPad and had to jump through a hoop or so.
