This came out amazing! Trimmed all of the fat and silver skin because the bacon protected the meat. I coated the loin with Kosmos Q Honey killer bee rub and then wrapped it with the bacon weave. Dusted the bacon with the same rub. Smoked it at 250 for about 3 hours to 145 and rested it for about 20 minutes. So flavorful,tender and juicy
