Bacon and Colby Jack breast filets!

We really love these. Smoke for a while. Flame sear a while. Top with pellet smoked bacon, Sonny’s Sweet and a slice of Co-Jack. Honey garlic shrimp on the side. Rub was Holy Smoke BBQ and Bear Mountain Gourmet Blend for smoke. Thanks for looking y’all.
