Auger trouble

Hello, I just received the Lockhart for Xmas and was trying to do the first burn. But when I push the prime button, the auger won’t turn. Can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong please? Tia

what you need to do is empty your pellet box,,,,remove pellet box which allows you access to the auger. There are some wire connectors that will have be disconnected( I think only 2 connectors).There are two silver screws that have been tightened to much at the factory. Just loosen them and retightened them, but snug em up, dont retighten them tight. This is what I did on my combo grill smoker, per guidance from customer support. I would call them and have them walk you through
