Picked up a bag of these pellets last week at Cabellas. Going to try them sometime this week on ribs. Im one of those guys that cant really notice any difference in flavor when using pecan, apple, cherry or mixed fruit pitboss pellets. Curious if ill notice anything with these. Anyone ever try them?

Ribs going on soon. Yesterday i prepped them with a rub of brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika and fresh ground black pepper. I usually add fine grain sea salt to the mix, but this time im going to shake kosher salt onto the ribs when i put them on the grill....(because i forgot salt when i mixed up my rub)

Im using the bourbon brown sugar pellets. These are the best smelling pellets i've used so far. Smoke doesnt smell like a campfire. I actually smell sweetness in the smoke.

Bit cool today. Was supposed to be in the mid 40s...
