Just tried my first brisket. Naied it, so tender and juicy. It was 16 pounds. Covered with a base layer of Kosmos SPG and then a layer of Kosmos Cow cover. Was amazing. Im proud of my 1st all night brisket cook.

I have yet to try Bear Mountain. Have you compared it to Lumberjack? My damn problem is I buy way too many damn pellets to try other brands. My garage is getting out of hand with buckets...

I have not tried lumberjack, but it is on my list to try. I feel your pain with buying too many pellets brother!
